Sierra Sharon, LMT is a highly sought after massage therapist with over 10 years experience, who has recently relocated to Wanaka from New York City where she had a very active practice and close to 500 clients.

With referrals from doctors and hospitals all over New York, including prestigious institutions like Mt Sinai Hospital and the Hospital for Special Surgeries, Sierra specializes in sports medicine and medical massage.

Working alongside renowned experts like Dr. Jacob Leiberman (the father of laryngeal therapy), Dr. Stephen Jackowicz (Department Chair of acupuncture at Bridgeport University) and Dr. Dan Wunderlich (the founder of The Global Healthworks Foundation), Sierra developed a wide range of specialized treatments, utilizing techniques such as:

Laryngeal Therapy, TMJD Treatment, Vocal Massage

Laryngeal Therapy

Laryngeal Therapy works with the structures that are involved in vocal production. Treating overworked muscles surrounding the larynx can relieve voice complications such as loss of range, pain, inconsistent voice production, and more. This treatment is often combined with breath work, CranioSacral therapy, and Intra-oral massage (working inside the mouth) for treating TMJ Dysfunction.
